We operate a Key worker system here at Ladybird, once your child has started he/she will be allocated a key worker.  This member of staff will be responsible for helping your child to settle and will make observations and records for your child’s profile.

In the event of staff absence/holiday the remaining staff team will adhere to your child’s needs, and take our observations and care until the key worker returns.  The key worker is often a parent’s first point of contact and we offer an open door policy to all our parents
